Our residence on the crystal-clear sea of the Maddalena archipelago, in the heart of the small coastal town of Cannigione: a stone's throw from the Costa Smeralda, it is immersed in an oasis of natural beauty. Our accommodations are divided into one-room, two-room and three-room apartments equipped with every comfort: shower cubicle, TV, kitchenette, sea view terrace and much more, to easily satisfy your every need.

The ideal residence for your holiday

Completed in spring 1998 and subject to regular maintenance and improvements, the Residence Riva Azzurra has three swimming pools, one of which is entirely dedicated to children: the pools are set in a splendid sun terrace, from which you can also access a practical snack bar. For tasteful breaks, you can count on our pizzeria restaurant. A further convenience for our guests is the private parking area.

Our residence has the elegance of a structure overlooking the beautiful sea of the Costa Smeralda and the genuineness of a family-run business, which is constantly being improved from year to year to always guarantee a high standard of quality. We offer various types of flats: each of them is elegantly and comfortably furnished and equipped with LCD TV with satellite reception, free Wi-Fi, independently controlled air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, kitchenette and furnished veranda.
