General rental conditions for flats

General conditions

The rates include: the rent of the flat and the use of the swimming pool and sun loungers.

Rates do not include: consumption and final cleaning (compulsory) to be paid on arrival.

Consumption: € 63 per person per week for adults for electricity, water, gas, linen (bed/bath: 1 bed set and 2 bath sets per person per week); € 28 for children from 3 to 10 years old, free for children under 3 years old.

Final cleaning: € 35,00 for one-room apartment, € 40 for superior one-room and two-room apartments, € 50,00 for three-room apartments. Fridge, dishes, kitchenette must be left clean on departure and without rubbish or € 30,00 will be deducted from the deposit.

Optional extra services

Mid-week cleaning to be requested and paid on site:

€ 25.00 for one-room and two-room apartments and € 30.00 for three-room apartments.

Towel set (shower, face and bidet) for 1 person € 9, Double sheet set € 9, Single sheet set € 7

Cot (including sheets) € 20 per week, High chair € 10 per week

Promotions and special rates always valid

Early booking special: 15% discount on weekly rates for bookings confirmed by 31/3;

Long holiday special - minimum 3 weeks: 20% discount on the amount of the weeks following the second.

The offer can be combined with the prenota prima, the percentage discount is 15% the first 2 weeks and 20% the third and following weeks.

Low season special: book 2 weeks in the period A-B , the second week is 20% off The offer can be combined with the pre-booking, the percentage discount is 15% the first week and 20% the second.

Promotions are not applicable on consumption lump sums
